I read an article in a magazine recently that says that drinking a gallon of water daily actually helps you lose weight by aiding your kidneys in flushing out impurities, allowing your liver to function more effectively because it does not have to aide your kidneys in flushing out impurities if your kidneys are doing it, and therefore it allows your liver to function the way IT should.

However, I haven't actually DRANK a Gallon of water as yet, but just cutting out the Soda I used to drink, I can tell a difference. I will weigh myself next week and let you all know how I did.
My appetite has been cut somewhat though.
