Does anyone else do this ?

I find that the only channel I want to watch when taking a break from the park is the Disney channel ! I'm such a Disney nut (and I'm 23 watching this channel!)

In fact, I'm watching Brian O'Brian ! I LOOOVE it :) I love Brian Stepanek, he is hilarious!!

You're not alone - but we have kids..... :thumbsup2

I tend to watch the "What to see at the parks" channels - especially at WDW, since they usually update it between our visits. Also, the resort channel - much to the hubby's chagrin.

We also now watch the cartoon channel that they play in the lobby. My husband hasn't really seen most of the cartoon shorts, so it's an education.

I thought it was funny that as I was getting ready at 5:30 am for DD, and I to start our day that the Princess bedtime stories were still replaying. We do love the resort channel.

We do!!!! lol We watch other stuff too but yes, we do watch the Disney channel in our room. lol

whenever we're in the hotel room, the kids turn on the TV.

but it usually is on the disney channel, which is fun to see; we don't have it at home, so we enjoy seeing these shows. last trip the kids watched the movie, spy kids, and loved it! :thumbsup2

I toally do that too! I was staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites by myself and my TV was always on the Disney Channel! Even if I didn't like the show that was on, it was always on!

I'm 23 too! :rotfl:

I love watching the cartoons in the lobby! But I do feel kinda silly when I'm sitting around a group of random kids who are shouting bc I just wanna watch my cartoons. My favorite was and will always be "Lambert!"

I've seen the Princess Bedtime Stories a couple of times and they were both Beauty and the Beast. Did you get something different than that bc I'm tired of watching that guy trying to be Philippe. :happytv:

I usually don't watch the Disney Channel anymore bc nothing good is ever on, unless Lilo & Stitch happens to be on! When I first check into the room, I like to turn on the station that has the DVC Secrets & what to see stuff. Even though it doesn't seem to change & I've seen it many times, I always like watching it.

Yes, they show a different one each day. :rotfl:

But within the same day, it's the same princess story; we figured that one out pretty quickly, too. I don't know how many there are, I think we've seen 3 or 4 different ones. (I can't stand the voice used by Snow White in her story, it's very high, nasal and babyish!) :scared:

I'm so glad I'm not alone here !!! when Johnny Kapahala Back on Board was going to go on the Disney Channel, I was kind of bummed because I thought I'd be too busy and miss it; but one day Shyboy72 & I were kind of tired and we went back to the hotel to rest and the movie just started! I was soo happy I didn't miss it

We saw Cinderella, Snow White, and Beauty and the Beast. I agree the guy playing godmother, and such made me do a double look. They show different ones, but it repeats the same one all night. It seemed like maybe they show 3 set ones a week as one night Beauty was a repeat.
