We will be in EPCOT on Sun, 9/15. Is there a place to catch part of the Chiefs football game? Would like to watch the second half. The game starts at 4:20pm ET.

We like to pop into Martha's Vineyeard lounge for sports. It's next to Cape May. Opens at 4. Also like the Ale And Compass lounge and it opens earlier. Can also take monorail to Contemporary and watch at steakhouse 71 lounge (opens at 12) or Outer Rim upstairs (opens at 4). Can also take gondola to Riviera for Bar Riva. All these are small with just 2 or 3 TVs. It's why we tend to head to Beach Club and start with Martha's and if too busy we can try others and worst case end up at Boardwalk pool bar.

This is great info, thanks!

We always planned to be in DS for games we really wanted to see. Gave us a good excuse to eat there too.

In the Epcot resort area, now that ESPN is gone, I think Shula's Lounge is probably the best sports bar spot to catch a game.

If you don't mind bussing somewhere, Rix Lounge in Coronado is also very good. If you're lucky, you can catch the game in one of the outdoor bars (on Sundays with multiple games, most of the outdoor bars may only have 2-4 TVs and your game might not be on - you can request it from the bartenders if there's not already high demand for something else. Many of the resort bars don't have game plans for non-regional games - they just get the regular ESPN/ABC/NBC/CBS type feeds - Cabana Bar at Dolphin, Bar Riva at Riviera, and Banana Cabana at Caribbean Beach (both accessible by Skyliner from Epcot)

Disney Springs has plenty of spots if you went over there - City Works, Splitsville,

DS might be your better chance. You could find a 4PM game on the TV at a resort, but it would be a coin flip regarding which game they're showing. You might find a tv, but be watching the Dolphins or Bucs!!

I was going to say this. I live in CFL and sometimes we don't even get an afternoon game unless it's a Florida team playing.

You best bet if you want to see it (I mean REALLY want to see it) would be to get Sunday Ticket and stream it from your phone. That's the only way you won't miss the action.

EPCOT resort lounges or Disney Springs bars are your best option. It will not be available in any of the parks. Or as suggested, stream it on your phone. Or stay back at your room to watch.

I have Sunday ticket, was looking for a place to sit, eat, relax and watch the second half. Chiefs play the Bengals, big game for us, maybe I don’t want to watch…

I never considered it before but there is no place inside Disney parks to watch Sports. As stated before lots of places outside. I recall watching part of the superbowl from the bar at S71 at CR.

Rose and Crown would fit the bill then if you sit at the bar and have a beer and a bite.

We often paired our football day in DS with a later morning next day such as an EPCOT visit.

Did they put in TVs ?
A BIG no.

The only time live TV has been allowed in the Parks was the 2014 World Cup.

Viewing was available in The Odyssey and the Wonders of Life building in Epcot and Restaurantasaurus in Animal Kingdom.

It was way cool and felt a little "strange".

I think the reason they don't allow it is Disney feels it would destroy the getting away from real life thing.

You can book City Works on open table , or used to be able..maybe even Splitsville too. Then there isn't the no show fee like Disney.
City Works was recently removed from Open Table. I was able to book it in early May but now it says it is no longer eligible.
