Are there any restaurants or places in Epcot where a fanatic husband can watch televised college football games? Specifically the Florida v. Michigan game?
I wouldn't imagine in Epcot itself but ESPN is on Boardwalk right at the back of Epcot through the international gate. I can't think of any bars in the park that have a TV.

1) Inside Epcot, no.
2) At the ESPN on the Boardwalk, it should be shown.
3) But, GET THERE EARLY, as seats go quickly on Game Day.
4) Of course, he can always TIVO the game and watch it later. (Ohio State and Florida fans already know the outcome without watching.)
NOTE:
Personally, I would be insulted to have a game televised in a park.
There are enough bars at WDW to watch games.
We are there for the Disney Experience, not the NFL or NCAA experience.
For a less crowded experience (and better food) the bar at Shula's at the Dolphin shows many major sporting events. This game is on ABC, so I have no doubt they will be showing it.
Agree with all the PP comments. Adding possible viewing spot: Crews Cup at the Yacht Club - this is the game they should have on, and I'd ask for it if it is not. This will be less crowded and more casual than ESPN. Crews Cup is the bar attached to Yachtsman Steakhouse. If your football guy walks over through International Gateway to YC lobby and ask where to find the Crews Cup, he'll be all set.
Big River Grille & Brewing on the Boardwalk may be another option . There is also Martha's Vineyard at BC but I don't know when they are open. I know from personal experience that ESPN gets very busy since it is one place on property to show most of the games broadcast on TV . As PP have said Mich vs Florida is on ABC/ESPN any open bar at a resort should have it on even the pool bar (which you can sit at if they are lcoated in an area you don't need resort ID to get to).

Considering the number of UK visitors and US fans of EPL they could maybe make some money on weekend mornings at R & C showin thee early games. Personally we would like a larger ESPN at DS . The BW location isn't convenient if you aren't in that area. DH and I view WDW as any other vacation location and like to watch sporting events once we are done with our plans for the day. Same as we do in San Diego, San Francisco and other places we have gone.
Only issue with Crew's Cup is if you get there after someone else has requested a different game then they won't change the channel on their one TV (happened to me before). As many others have mentioned ESPN is probably the best option and a very short walk from Epcot but as others also mentioned you might have to be there at open to get a seat.
Splitsville in Disney Springs!! My son and I watched NCAA championship game there last year and was great.
Be careful with ESPN.. They charge a cover during bigger events.. So big NCAAA or NFL games, they have a minimum. You pay cover at door, and goes to a minimum food/drink order.
