Just a warning to watch those airport shuttle buses. We used one to get us from our parked car in their lot, to the terminal we were flying out of, and somehow, one our four passenger's bags was left behind and we noticed it when we arrived in Orlando, some 2 1/2 hours later. We called them immediately, and they knew nothing about the bag. Supposedly when a bag is left unattended at the airport, the state police (who are in the airport) confiscate it along with a bomb sniffing dog. The only logical explanation was that the bag remained on the shuttle and the driver kept it. It had all my mother's belongings including jewelry and cash. They want to know nothing and said we can't prove it.
Another thing is, be careful what service you park your car with. We sent my sister to this car park place to check the car and just be sure the bag wasn't in there (we knew it wasn't) and she found the car window down (despite the fact it was going to pour out that night) and the car unlocked and the keys on the tire outside the car!!!! Also, it was backed firmly into a sandy embankment. On Saab's, if you back them too hard into something, it breaks the clamps holding the muffler in place (I speak from experience with snow banks)
Not to mention, upon seeing this, my sister took the car out of there. They violated their own rules. They are not to release a car without the claim ticket (that was in FL with us), they are not to let anyone in the back lot under any circumstances (they let my sister in.)
We will NEVER use one of those services again, and we're currently contacting a lawyer. I want to spread the word to everyone. It ruined our trip.
