Watch out for parking fees offsite, now.

I've stayed at the Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista many times through the years.

Was booking for this November 2018 and noticed they now have a $10/night parking fee.

It's in the detail after each day is listed with the per day charge.

Anyway, it looks like other resorts are getting on the band wagon, now. There's really no choice for other parking at this resort; so, we will have to pay it if we want to be there.

It would be nice if others would share the resorts charging now for parking.

All of the Disney resorts as of this month.

So far our favorite Sheraton Vistana (Resort or Villages) still does not charge any resort or parking fees. (knocking on wood).

Many offsite properties have charged for parking for a long while. However, there are still plenty out there that do not. In our experience, even if offsite hotels do charge, they still come out far & above pricewise over on site properties. Does your Residence Inn offer complimentary breakfast?

Parking fees & resort fees are and have been common for quite a while at off site resorts around WDW. There are still a few who don't charge.

I noticed Embassy Suites on Kyngs Heath Rd now charges for parking. They didn't a year or so ago.

I believe they have charged the $10 for parking for quite some time. A fellow DIS-er lists this as her all time favorite hotel in part due to getting so much in return! Free cooked to order breakfast & nice buffet spread, evening managers reception with complimentary wines, beers, cocktails, & snacks each night. Spacious, comfortable, clean suites with excellent customer service, beautiful pool area, etc. I wouldn't mind paying that 10 bucks for parking at this property. Heck, for our family, eating breakfast out costs at least $50 bucks - & that's just for an average diner type of meal!
