Washing Machines At Grand Californian

Just a stupid question for my first trip home! I'll be staying in a studio at the Grand Californian. Are there free washer/dryers like at WDW DVC resorts? Thanks!

When I was there in early Oct. they did not have them installed yet. I haven't read any reports of anyone using them yet either but I'd hope they are in by now. They will be/are located on the first floor.

What they were doing in the interim was providing quarters to use the machines in the hotel part so even if they aren't hooked up yet you will have free access to a washing machine somewhere.

They're giving free quarters? Hmmm . . . think they'd believe I wash 4 loads a day?

I was there a couple of weeks back. The washers are now installed in the DVC wing, but are shared with Hotels guests. They take quarters as well. You can get reimbursed at the front desk.
