Washing Machine at WL

Hi all!

Do you know if there is a washer and dryer available for use at the WL? Do you know how much it costs?? We are headed there with 8 children under the age of 4 and thought it would be easier to do some laundry if necessary....

Yes, there is a small laundry room at WL. It's around $2 to wash or to dry. I've never used it because every time I went by, it was really busy.

It's a great option for someone like you with the kids, it is located right down the hall from the snack bar, I found it to be emptier early in the mornings, Throw a load in and go have breakfast, or try and do a load while you are using the pool, it's very convenient to either area. I always pack some laundry soap in small ziplocs, 1 sccop per load. and then I throw in some dryer sheets (which also keep the suitcase smelling great!) It would also help you so you could pack less, knowing that you will do some laundry.

We used the WL laundry 2 months ago and it really helped us reduce luggage. I did it early in the morning and it was no problem. Yes, it's right next to the elevators by Roaring Forks. $2 to wash, $2 to dry. Definitely bring your own dryer sheets. You can buy them or soap from a vending machine. One note about bringing soap powder with you. Be sure it's in your checked luggage, otherwise a Ziploc of white powder will slow you down at security.

Thanks for the exact location and cost of the soap....I will pass this on to the rest of my family. It would make things easier with less packing
