Was the discount the same for January 07 as for 08??

DF and I are considering going back to WDW for our first anniversary but taking my mom and dad with us for my dad's birthday. I was just wondering if the discount code that was giving for January- March 2008 was also given January - March 2007?? Knowing whether these type promotions are offered typically at the same time each year will help us decide when/where to stay. Thanks!

Yes it was and by my estimation it was very close in price.

So when I'm able to book this package (for January 2009 or 2010) I can pretty much assume there will be a discount code of some sorts?? This is determining whether we go ahead and go in December or wait for the January discount

Hmmm. If I'm reading your post right you seem to be assuming that you'll get a better deal in February? Except for Christmas- New Years Day there are package deals available for December also. In January it is typically difficult to get discounts for MLK weekend as well.
