Was it extra-special Disney Magical?

It's a little over 2 weeks away, and things are almost finalized, but not quite! There are still a couple of errors on the BEO and as a result we haven't paid the final payment yet, as the amount isn't set.

I am getting a bit nervous now - little things are showing up like the Groom's last name misspelled on the room block, in the BEO one place it names the Bride's father's name where the groom should be, things we deleted from the BEO reappearing after other things were added, stuff like that. All these little things that are not like Disney - attention to detail is thier hallmark.

I know others of you have had problems with the BEO, etc - in the end, did everything run smoothly? Have any advice for things to look out for? We chose Disney to give our daughter the most perfect experience we could, knowing full well things go wrong. I am wondering if everything for you guys was extra special Disney magical on your special day?

i speak for myself but my wedding was perfect. it was every bit of the disney magic i had grown up with and more. there wre disney touched everywhere and we could not have asked for it to be better. they even placed a hidden tinkerbelle on our cake because they knew our flowergirls were dressed as her.

in those terms you do need to ensure that BEO is accurate. go over it a hundred times and have others go over it too. the disney motto is "IF its not in your BEO - its not there." check timing, food choices, numbers, color choices. everything.

are there certain things that are missing from the BEO that we can answer your q's on.

I ahve to agree - thing always go wrong but we had a perfect day and it certainly had the disney magic!

I totally understand the BEO problem. I had some problems with the flowers and some updated changes to the linens. The best advice I could give you is to double check everything and make sure it is correct, if it is not or even if you are not sure, I would call or email your WP until you feel comfortable! The weeks leading up to my wedding I emailed my WP many times and I have to say they got back to me almost the same day and took care of any problems very quickly! When it comes to my wedding day itself, everything was absolutely perfect! All of my guests have said that it was the most magical, serene and peaceful wedding that they have ever attended! To me that is the Disney magic, that once you arrive for the wedding you can relax because they will think of absolutely everything! My wedding day ran so smoothly that we were able to really enjoy every minute of the wedding, I never thought about any of the details..I just showed up!
