I did the online bill pay and when I clicked on "I agree to terms and conditions", I then clicked on "Pay now." It then brought me to a page that said "We're taking you to this page to avoid a duplicate payment. I called customer service and they knew nothing about it, so I tried it again, and the same thing happened. So I'm going to wait a few days and see if anything happens and then try again.
