I couldn't face it today so i got some things from ordering over the phone. I'm normally there for 5 and still have to queue to get in

It was good at the sale today. Apart from the getting up at 4am

Got a lovely dress, two pairs of shoes, 4 pairs of trousers, 2 blouses, a t-shirt, kitty blanket & some christmas presents - job well done I think!!

yes i did i was at oxford street today a little late at 6 o clock, i thought they didn't open untill 6 but in fact they were open at 5 o clock

i did get some bargians for me and kids but i don't think it was as good as last years sale i didn't see many at half price as suggested in the advertising also one of my freinds works in our local store and she told me that because sales has been so good this season a lot of stuff was only reduced by a couple of £'s but on monday will be when they reduce things again

There was a chap in the queue in front of me. Who was a little worse for wear - he hadn't been home for the previous night out. I think he thought we were queuing for the Kebab shop LOL Well when we left the sale he was fast asleep on one of the sofa's in the homewear dept

I did'nt go to a store but DH got me up a 5.45am to start phoning (he stayed up as well)

We did,nt get through until 10am.......we sat there taking it in turns pressing the redial button

When we got through they only had 4 items left that we wanted.

Ds2 had a day at Crealy yesterday(Monday) with his holiday nurse so I was able to get to Next in Exeter. Not too much for Me or DH but found some great bits for DS2.
He will start the Further Education part of his school in Ivybridge, after our holiday in September. He no longer needs to wear school uniform, so had a good time buying anything in his size that didn't look school uniform like. The down part is all the dam name tags I now have to sew into his new clothes!!!!( have you ever tried to sew name tags into socks!!!!!)

DS2 had a great time at Crealy with his nurse and his older brother who at 18 should be too big for all those slides but just needs DS2 to have a excuse to keep going!!!

And name tags are the bane off my life!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you enjoy Devon, even if at the moment its not too sunny!!
