Was anyone able to get a preferred room at POR with fd?

We would like a preferred room but so far are told there are none. Sometimes the CMs I talk to don't know what they are talking about so I figured I'd ask here before calling again!

I tried for 9/28 - 10/30 during the visa fd and could not get a pref room. I am going to have my TA try again soon.

We did but we book via our AAA TA. So, IDK if that makes a difference or not. I just gave her the new dates that I wanted to get the FD and she emailed me the datails when it was done and we got POR preferred room. Oh and she did do it on March 5 when it was available to all. I hope everything works out for you.
