Not to harp on the idea, Disneenut, but did you try asking to speak with the Disney folks yet? They're a different department, that cardmember services can transfer you to. They're Disney, not Bank One, and I'll bet they can help you. Give it a try!

Gosh, this makes me nervous, I have heard nothing,
I called and gave the lady the code and she said I did
not need it for the 50.00 points (last week) I really have
no interest in a high interest card. Except I can get discount
at wdw while I am their and use the reward dollars. Other
wise I will canceal the card and usaully the company calls
back and starts offering stuff to change your mind. maybe somebody should try this, I know I will

I signed up via phone for the $50 offer.

The $50 Disney Reward Dollars showed up on my first statement.
I always check on-line........where it takes a few days after the closing date to post.

The on-line offer might have a longer time frame - like after 2 or 3 billing cycles. For instance, I have bonus reward dollars coming on my dh's Disney Visa. I am not counting on them crediting for at least 2 or 3 cycles.
