Warning just called Disney Dinning Line

So confused:confused3
When I called the CM also told me to call 100 days out not 90. Gave me the date very quickly as if it came up in some type of program. He said you are all set and you can begin making your ADR's on... 10 days earlier than everyone had in past phone calls. I had asked on here if it was a new policy about 3 weeks ago and was told it was probably just an uninformed CM as well.
Has anyone been successful making ADR"s 100 days out from their check-in?

I am with DVC and made all my dining reservations through them. I didn't bother calling the WDW-DINE (the wait was too long). I am coming down the week of 7/12 and staying the whole week and did not have a problem getting the times I wanted, when I wanted it. If you are a member of the DVC, try
going through them.

I have done this before as well, but since I only had a few to make and none were critical I called the regular dining number at about 11:00 am--no real wait and done in less than 20 minutes with everytthing. If they said the hold time would be long then I would have used MS as well, but I really didn't feel the need since my wait time was under 2 minutes.

I think you may be disapointed if you call 100 days out and they can't do anythng for you. It is 90 days from the first day of your reservation and then out ten days from there.

Just made my ADR's yesterday - It was actually less than 90 days til my trip. Got right through - No waiting on hold. I did give my res # but had no trouble getting all my requests at the times I wanted. It was truly a magical day:wizard:

I agree...I called the reg. line the first time, out of habit. Called through DVC the 2nd time to change a few things and had no wait time.

I can confirm they will need your hotel reservation # and all confirmation numbers are given at the end. Longer numbers now too. Also, when I called to switch TS I wasn't given a new con. # like before...they just amended the old ADR.

A little disappointed maybe, the thought of not trying will eat at me though:)
Just a polite phone call asking if I can make ADR's will suffice. If the answer is no, then I wait. No biggie.
Maybe they will post a memo reminding the CM's who are giving out mis-information.:goodvibes

If you have to give your reservation number to book, then none of the thousands of people that stay offsite will be able to make ADR's. Surely they just ask you this to verify if you are eligible for the +10 benefit.
