Mmmm Pie... I love the Strawberry Pie at Bob Evans. Someone pass a peice please....

We don't have a Bob Evans here...such a shame really. I just love their pie!

Whoops, how did that mickey mouse watch that I didn't pay for get in my sock? That's not mine! Someone planted that there!

I believe the Bible says to stone all false prophets (or whiners who don't have any proof to back up their claims) Well, maybe whe shouldn't stone the OP but lets all hit him with some of the DELICIOUS PIES mentioned above. Count me in for a french apple.

Speaking of pie...anyone ever tried Apple-Cheddar Pie? Just got an e-recipe from william-sonoma and can't decide if I want to try making this one...
Ohhh....this actually sounds pretty good. If you do make it and it comes out good, I would love to get the receipie if possible. Fruit and cheese are typical dessert in Europe...I never thought it would be good, but I love it!!!

Just a friendly warning to anyone going to Disneyworld in Orlando.

Disney employees are notorious along with Orange County Sheriff's Officers for falsely arresting and prosecuting people on their premesis. Disney and OCSD have an understanding, that boils down to a racket. Disney officials will point out to OCSD Officers, anyone who they deem a criminal, who will then be falsely arrested and prosecuted. Since the park is full of tourists from out of town, very few, if any are able to contest or fight their charges, and so they either (a) forfeit their bail, or (b) end up paying hefty fines to close the case. It is rare for a tourist to return to fight a costly legal battle and win. And any attempt is usually futile, coming up against false testimonies given by Disney Security and OCSD officers (supposedly under oath.) Further, Disney is notorious to withold video surveillance tapes that prove innocence, as this racket generates good money for OCSD and it allows Disney to have a mutually beneficial arrangement with the local police department (who perform private details for them.)

This is not nonsense, a little research will show you that there are many such cases that show this corrupt practice is going on. In many cases, children have also been detained in similar sitiuations. Why risk the freedoms of your children & family, by going to a fake, corporate, generic place like disney. On close inspection, you will find that there are more shops and stores on site, than anything else. Sounds more like a mall, than a theme park.

Disney is a pretty poor, unimaginative choice for smart vacationers.

The last time I was there, the ME bus was speeding from the airport. The police pulled us over and with a wink from the driver, every person on the bus was issued a speeding ticket (Mears is in on this as well).

Then the bus dropped us off in front of the AKL and I headed towards the doors. Lo and behold, there was Disney Security citing me for jaywalking. Apparently the drop off area is a street, and I hadn't crossed at the corner. I couldn't believe it!

If that weren't bad enough, I was golfing at Lake Buena Vista and I happened to slice an errant tee shot into the lake. Here comes Disney security to issue me a citation for endangering wildlife. I guess my ball had struck a bass, swimming close to the surface of the water. Sheesh. What was I going to do?

And those penny mashers. Yep, got arrested for defacing US currency. It's all a plot. Don't think it's not.

What could we do? We had to pay the fines. These guys are tough, so you better beware!

Quite frankly I am surprised you all let this thread go this far.. its obviously a troll or whatever... Won't keep me away.

Oooh pie, I like pecan please.

(I think there is also an Orange County in New Jersey as well)

:lmao: :lmao:

So since there is no Orange County in Mississippi would that mean I was safe to go or would REALLY be targetted?

You know what is really funny I actually was detained by Disney police when I was 17 and they were extremely nice. Yes I was shoplifting a keychain (for the record I was young, stupid, and it was a bet with my boyfriend. I had $100 in my purse). They were very nice and I had to have one of my parents pick me up (on a side note my mother did not find out about this until I was 23). I paid for my keychain and I was released. I wasn't beaten, tortured, or robbed. They also told me that if I was "arrested" by them on property again I would be barred from the park. It was a learning experience and I have never stolen another item since then.

It's true.

I was there last week and got arrested for no reason. Fortunately I had filled my rolling cooler with pie that morning and they took them and let me go.

Sure am glad I RED your post.I sure have been LUCKY to have been to wdw over 100 times in 30 years and NEVER had 1 (one) problem.OH YES YOU DID FIRE ME UP. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
