What was the problem?

The gift card number they sent gave an error code on the Lyft app. Amazon says the code shows as redeemed, so no refunds. Reddit is full of reports of the same problem, and Amazon has suspended reviews due to 'unusual activity' (as in all the complaints), Nothing to be done but dispute with credit card company.

Mine is not working and the stress and anxiety this is causing is making me physically ill. I hope Chase comes through with a refund. I have a screenshot of the Lyft app saying the card is invalid.
