could be right. anyway, i've tried eleventy seven different things now. all the getting rid of shockwave and flash, then getting older versions. In any case, thank you everyone who came on with helpful answers and tips. I tried to make them work so I could go and hang out with you wonderful peeps. Could just be my computer on the blink. But I will miss you all very much. Hopefully I can come up with a solution before our little world closes.

Ah so I am not alone with this problem. Yep, I get the "you must install..." message EVERY TIME I log in. I have been having a lot of crash problems since.

Thanks for posting the old version info - I will try that tomorrow.
