I just became curious and decided I would like to compile a list of how each of the Disney main villians dies. I don't know them all, so I am entrusting the Dis to help.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs- The Wicked Queen: fell to death
Pinnochio
Sleeping Beauty- Malificent: impaled by sword and falls off cliff
The Rescuers- Medusa: eaten by alligators
The Black Cauldron
Oliver and Company- Sikes- hit by train
The Great Mouse Detective- Ratigan: fell to death
The Little Mermaid- Ursula: impaled by Eric's ship
The Rescuers Down Under- Percival McLeach: fell to death
Beauty and the Beast- Gaston: fell to death
Alladin
The Lion King- Scar: mauled by Hyenas
The Hunchback of Notre Dame- Frollo: fell to death
Hercules- Hades: sucked into a vortex of dead souls
Mulan- Shan Yu: explosion
Tarzan- Clayton: hanging
Dinosaur- Kron: fell to death
Atlantis: The Lost Empire- Rourke and Helga- fell to death
The Nightmare Before Christmas- Oogie Boogie: unraveled and crushed
A Bug's Life- Hopper: eaten by a bird
Monsters Inc.- Randall: tossed through hillbilly trailer closet door and beaten with a shovel
The Incredibles- Syndrome: cape caught in jet engine, sucked in/explosion
Up- Charles Muntz: fell to death

And I know some of the villians death was only "implied" I want that also. Oh and if no one dies, lmk.

Cinderella: is there really a villian? I don't think the stepsisters or stepmother dies.

101 dalm: Cruella does not die.

Nightmare before xmas: is there a villian? no one dies. not even the creepy scientist...he lets Sally go and makes his own other half.

Toy Story: they scare the boy by "coming to life" in front of him and threatening him... Toy Story 2, Zurg doesn't die.

Dumbo - no deaths.
Bambi - no deaths. No real villain in this one, other than the unseen hunter.
Cinderella - no deaths.
Peter Pan- Captain Hook: presumed eaten by crocodile
101 Dalmations - no deaths. Cruella de Ville crashes her car (along with the truck driven by her sidekicks), but she does not die.
The Sword and the Stone - no deaths. Madame Mim is sickened as a result of the wizard duel with Merlin, however.
The Jungle Book - Shere Khan runs off into the forest, a firebrand attached to his tail.
Mulan - Shan Yu happens to be right next to a bunch of fireworks when he gets hit by a rocket. The explosion kills him.
Dinosaur - One carnotaur is crushed in a cave-in, the other falls off a cliff.
The Nightmare Before Christmas - Mr Oogie Boogie's seam gets caught, and he is reduced to a mass of bugs. Jack steps on one - presumably the original Oogie Boogie, squashing it.
Toy Story - nothing fatal happens to Sid. The toys freak him out, and (it is presumed) he never harms another toy again
The Incredibles - Syndrome (and his cape) get sucked into a jet engine

Yeah, a string gets caught and he unravels while he and Jack are fighting. No more Oogie (just a LOT of bugs!)

Nope, because he comes back in Jungle Book 2. In JB2, he is (I think) trapped beneath a statue, but doesn't die either.

Pinocchio - I know Monstro runs into the cliff at the end but I'm not sure if he dies or not.
Make Mine Music - Peter and the Wolf (I forget, did the Wolf die or was he alive while tied to the pole?)
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad - no villain deaths, but Ichabod wasn't exactly a hero either.
Peter Pan - Captain Hook was not killed, he reappears in Return to Never Land (in which he's not killed either, I think he exits chased by a giant squid).
The Sword in the Stone: Does Mim die? I forget. I just remember she lost the duel against Merlin.
The Rescuers - Medusa's death is implied; killed by her alligators.
The Black Cauldron - Horned King killed
Oliver and Company - What's-his-name is killed by a train.
Fantasia 2000 - The firebird is conquered by the forest sprite, don't know if this counts as a death.
Dinosaur - Kron is also a villain figure, he falls to his death.
Atlantis: The Lost Empire - Rourke and Helga are pushed off/fall to their deaths from the balloon.
WALL-E - The captain turns Auto off.

The Return of Jafar - This is the movie in which Jafar is killed, by Genie I think.
Aladdin and the King of Thieves - The thieves are on a ship and they grab the magical midas hand and it turns the ship into gold, sinking it.
Beauty and the Beast: Enchanted Christmas - Forte dies, I forget how.
The Lion King II - Zira (I'm pretty sure that's her name) falls to her death.
The Lion King 1 1/2 - Scar dies in this one, too, from another perspective.
The Little Mermaid II - Morgana is frozen in a block of ice and sinks.

And those are the ones I can think of now.

Sikes is the villain killed by the train in Oliver & Co.

Some non-death villain fates:
Pocahontas - Ratcliffe is arrested and shipped back to England.

Pinocchio - I don't think Foulfellow, Stromboli or the Coachman get any comeuppance at all - do they? Pinocchio escapes them, but they presumably go on about their villainy.

Toy Story 2 - I think the main villain is Stinky Pete the Prospector - who ends up in the backpack of the little girl who likes to give her dolls "Makeovers."

Ratatouille - Skinner loses the restaurant, and the rights to Gusteau's name, but lives.

Cars - Chick Hicks is rejected by the fans once they realize what a jerk he is.

Finding Nemo really doesn't have a "villain" in the classic sense. P. Sherman gets his office wrecked, and Darla loses her birthday present, but life goes on for them.

I'm glad you started this thread; I've been thinking about some of this stuff since some of the "Up" threads discussing villain deaths.

Bambi- is there really a villan (or is it us)
Fox and the Hound - the hunter guy gets hurt by the bear but he lives as does the mean dog whose names I can't remember
Chicken Little- no real villan - Foxy Loxy isn't nice and her brain gets jumbled by the aliens, and the aliens turn out to be parents looking for their kid and they fix everyting
Dumbo- no real villan other than the mean Elephants and the Ring master (?)

can't think of anymore ritght now!

Aristocats, Edgar doesn't die, but is booted into and locked up in a trunk bound for Timbuktu.

Alright, so far the stats are as followed:
8 have fallen to their deaths
3 have been eaten/mauled by other animals
2 have been impaled
2 have died in explosions
1 was hit by a train
1 was sucked in a vortex
1 was unraveled and crushed
1 was hanged
1 was beaten to death
