Just got my phone bill this morning and I was shocked! We never use our home phone for long distance so our bill is always the same within a few $ every month. I opened it this morning and it was $30 more than usual. My first thought was who used this phone to call long distance don't they know it is free on the cell phone?!?! Looked at page 2 and saw it was me
32 phone calls between 6:53 and 7:00 am really add up. When I did finally get through I was able to make all PS for the trip and got CRT for my DDs first birthday. This is shaping up to be the most expensive breakfast we have ever eaten. It is all worth it in the end but I just thought that I would warn others.

I just called for CRT the other day but luckily we just switched to IDT and we now only pay $39.95 (plus taxes and fees which is $54 a month) and that covers everything! The $54. total includes unlimited local, regional toll and long distance calling with Caller ID, Speed Dial, Call Waiting and 3-way Calling.

Now I don't have to worry about who I call or for how long!

I do feel your pain though. I've had that big phone bill when my PS time came up before!!

Maybe when calling CRO or for PS's we should use that number you dial where it's only 99 cents, I forget what it is 10-10 220? Anyone know that #? I think you can talk for an hour for 99 cents.

I really don't know how those numbers work, but I was under the impression that you had to AT LEAST talk for 20 mins or it ended up being so much per min....someone else that has used it might know for sure though.

10-10-220 used to be 99¢ for the first 20 minutes and 5¢ per minute afterward. You paid 99¢ if you talked for 1 minute or for 20 minutes....it was a set charge.

Here is the latest information directly from their website:
Dial 10-10-220 and it's 99¢ for all calls up to 15 minutes and 15¢ a minute after that.
I'll remember NOT to use 10-10-220 anymore. Their new prices are ridiculous !!!! :earseek:

When your teeth sink into the cream filled french toast, it will all become clear to you why you did it. Oh, and DD seeing the princesses on her birthday might be nice, too.

There are 2 toll free WDTC numbers. One is 877-939-3732. I can't find the other, but its 800-828-someting. I've never tried them for CRT ressies, but have used them for other meal PS's.

From my site:

Toll Free Numbers to Make Dining Priority Seatings. Just call the Disney Travel Company at either 1-877-939-3732 (this only works in the US) or 1-800-828-0228 and press 3 once the message starts, you'll then be sent to the WDW-DINE queue and have to answer even more questions.

This should save you a buck or two!

Don't use the 800 numbers to try to book CRT! You'll never get through in time. It's a different queue than the 407 number (meaning you wait longer but you're not paying for the bill).
