warning - 21st december...

I see they have removed the warning from the website - not sure what this means?

If I was going for longer I wouldn't be so concerned but we are only there for Sunday and Monday so losing one day makes a big difference. I always expected the parks to be busy at Christmas but hadn't envisaged them being closed! Anyway, I guess we will just have to turn up on the day and go with the flow. It won't be the end of the world if we only get to do the studios on Sunday and then do DLP on Monday. I've booked Cafe Mickey for Sunday evening anyway so we hopefully won't be devoid of magic!

I'm going to make sure we are in for 8am or EMH on Sunday....it will be the first time ever if it actually happens! Then perhaps a short break at Salon Mickey before heading to the Studios, off to the Steakhouse for a long leisurely lunch at 12, perhaps a mooch around the Christmas Market in the Village and a look at the shops since the children will have money from the in-laws to spend, then back to the Studios and an early night I think.

I think the Studios is open until 9 anyway, so it won't be that early a night!

I like the idea of a long leisurely DIS lunch. :thumbsup2

Weird :confused3 DLRP Magic shows Studios closing at 7 o'clock, whikst the DLRP site itself shows 9 o'clock.

I know which one I hope is correct.

Can they turn you away with any of the annual passes?
We arrive on Sunday afternoon. Maybe that will explain why the fast passes are very expensive on ebay at the moment.

Yes they can.

But lets just wait if it really gets that bad.

Guests of the Disney Hotels will have access.

Is that true, they can turn you away if you have a Dream annual pass? I'd be looking at some compensation if they did that to me after paying all that money!

I have a 3 yr old so I won't be in either of the parks till 9, LOL!

The on-site hotels were completely full for this night when I looked a month ago, although they had spaces the day after. So we had to stay off site. So although we have dream passes they can still refuse us entry :scared1:

Since we won't arrive until 4pm ish, does anyone know if it gets a bit quieter in the afternoon? so we might get in. I will have to rearrange our evening meal otherwise. x

Probably not around 4pm. It'll start to quieten down between 6 and 7.30pm
