wanting to make a ressie with at two places

this is what i want to do
vacation June 24-26 at beach club and then june 26-29 at vero

my question is on nov 24 can i make the entire ressie or only the first two days and then call back on the 26th to get the last 3 days?

or maybe i should get a five day ressie at beach/boardwalk and then on the 26th cancel for the other days to get vero

You will have 2 separate reservations, each with their own 11 month booking (or 7 month) window.

I don't know why you would book extra days at BCV, then cancel them to switch to Vero Beach? If it's the 11 month priority vs. the 7 month booking window, that's fine (i.e., you own at BCV but not at Vero - at least you will have a place to stay, but it won't be in VB)!

Since you are booking at the 7 month window, I would book all 5 nights at BCV and then call back a few days later to modify those last few days to Vero.

This way, if Vero is not available, you at least have your entire stay at BCV and can just wait list those nights at VB.

I assume you will be calling July 24 to book the trip at your home resort, that way if you get shut out at the 7 month window you at least have that to fall back on.

Doing what Sandisw makes sense, but do you have the extra points to book some of the BCV/VB to hold what you can get in case all the days you want are not available while you WL and still keep your home resort as insurance.
