Well What I have done is create a folder on my Desktop that I have labeled Disney DISigns. As I browse the site daily if I like it I right click on the picture and then click save as. If its alot of images I create a sub folder for that group for example I have Halloween, Christmas, Mickey Heads, etc. Then I know where to look for something if I need it. You can also go the the links in the signatures of some of the DISigners and browse their pictures there.
I have found that all of the people on here are helpful, nice and wonderfully talented, and love to share.
You can use Microsoft Word to edit some of them or if you are familiar with Adobe you can use Photoshop. I know some people use Microsoft Paint. You then go about printing it like you would any picture from you computer only you use the directions specified in your transfers for what your setting should be based on your computer and your printer.
I hope that helps in some way, if not maybe someone else could clarify it better for you.
