Having a husband who will not ride the Skyliner, is a Minnie Van the only option I have of getting into Riviera to eat at Primo Piatto?

I would just plan to do it on a day when you will be visiting one of the areas connected to Riviera by bus as a PP mentioned, AK, MK, or DS. You could start out the day at MK, go to Riviera for lunch or dinner, and go to DS to shop before going back to your resort.

I’m wondering the same but it’s me who won’t ride the Skyliner.

They won't hardly let you in will they, unless you have some sort of reservation?

You could go to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom or Disney Springs and ride the Riviera bus.

The guard at the gate probably will not let you in by Uber/Lyft/Taxi unless you have a reservation, either for dining or for staying at the hotel.

As others have said, you can arrive by bus if you are coming from Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom or Disney Springs.

When you are ready to leave, you can leave by Uber/Lyft/Taxi. You can't arrive that way without a reservation, but you can leave that way.
