Wanted to smash the alarm clock this morning!

I was having a dream this morning that we were on our way to WDW. We had stopped for the first night on the way down and had checked into a hotel. I remember standing in the middle of the room and saying "I can't believe we're finally going to Disney World! It's really happening.............." Then the stupid alarm goes off!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy too!! Nothing like waking up to a dark, cold and rainy morning to kill the mood.

me too!!! but not for the same reason. i worked late last night and still had to get up with doodle this morning. the alarm went off 3 hours after i went to bed! should have gone back to bed after doodle got on the bus but there are things that need to be done. not that i am doing them but they DO need to be done! LOL

That's no fun
I definitely beat the tar out of my alarm clock this morning. First, I feel like I've hardly slept all week (oh wait, I haven't). Then there's the minor detail that some moron in my dorm burnt popcorn bad enough to set off the hall fire alarm (normally it's just the smoke detector that goes off, in the room) at 1:30 AM. BTW, this is the honors dorm that we apparently don't know how to pop popcorn in. I went back to sleep at 3 (it was 2:30 before I stopped shivering from being in the 30 degree night air in my pjs for 20 minutes), and my alarm went off just before 8.

Sorry to hear that, waking up is such a peacful time for me. I haven't had an alarm clock in my room for 5 years. Unfortunately for me, don't need one. I have that annoying ability to wake up on my own, which also accounts for me being such a light sleeper.
