Wanted to report a good experience with CRO

I changed my ressies,moving our trip up a week after getting a post card in the mail last Sat.I was nervous about the deposit being moved to the new ressie since the person I spoke to said it can take 7-10 days thru the accounting dept.Plus I had prepaid for 2 nights plus the deposit.I thought with my luck the transfer will get lost and the accounting dept would say we can't find it or something simliar you owe us blah,blah,blah.Well guess what,I get my new confirmation in the mail today only 7 days later and it is totally correct!!!!!I felt so relieved.Juliette in CRO you rock!!!
