WANTED: Annual Pass Buddy

It can be REALLY fun to go to WDW alone. You get to do whatever you want to do, whenever you want to do it. You can stay really late and watch the shows or you don't have to.

The only thing that kept my family from buying APs was that you can't get the dining plan on it. But you can get the Disney Dining Experience. Its a card you pay sixty dollars a year for and you get 20% off on all your meals.

I agree it would be fun to go alone.
But, I know if I lived in that area, my parents would force me to go with a friend because of safety issues and stuff. WDW is safe, but my parents don't trust me.
AP are expensive, no?
But then again, as a Florida resident, you get a discount.

They are expensive, but worth it. If you make 2+ trips it ends up paying for itself.

True, true.

If I lived in Florida my family would definately have some.
But there's no chance of us moving down there. Or anywhere for that fact.

I live in tennessee, six hundred and fifty miles from WDW, but we were seriously considering it. When we found out we couldn't get our dining plan, we dropped the idea.

[nods]
You'd be able to make plenty of road trips down there, but it's not worth it if you don't have a dining plan.
We can't do annual pass because we simply can't afford to go more than once a year as airline ticket costs are ridiculous.

Yeah, it would be a different story if you could drive.

Its twelve hours from where I am to the front steps of AKL. No telling how long it would take you to drive.

Well, with all the right stops, I believe it takes a little bit over a week.
It takes 10 hours to get to Quebec, 20 hours to Toronto..
I think it takes a little bit over a week with breaks, or a little less than a week, I'm not sure. My uncle drove from Fredricton and I think he drove the Interstate. He would have been there earlier if there hadn't been a few accidents in DC (I think it was DC) which pretty much made traffic stop completely.

i have the florida resident seasonal pass.
holy crap...are you my twin? well...my male twin? xD
im 17, i'll be 18 in march.
im plotting on moving up there in june to live/get a job at disney.

i dont blame you for not wanting to go to disney by yourself. i think its depressing ^^;.

Sorry, not an AP holder, we would if it wasn't so expensive. We average 3-4 trips a year...

even so........ oh never mind i will only end up losing this argument( as i do every other thanx to my lack of clever speeches) i just think you have to go more than once to make it worthwhile(i'm raised by parents who are very tight and cautious with there money:rolleyes: )
