Want to tour SS next Wed

We'll be down in disney next Wed and we'd like to tour SS. Should I just call up DVC or can someone recommend a great guide to take the tour with? Want to see the property before we buy via DVC or more likely via resale.
We'll be going to the MK on Thursay, think we'll get any fast passes or comps for taking the tour?

We'll be traveling with our 18 month old, so should we drive to the resort we want to visit ourselves? I wasn't sure if the DVC vans have carseats...

We called DVC when we were staying at the Poly and they sent over a van with a car seat installed for DD. When we called to setup the tour, DH mentinoned that DD would need a car seat and they said it wasn't a problem. Worked out very nice for us and they were very quick to come over and pick us up. We called and they picked us up 15 minutes later.

Are you able to see more than one DVC resort?

Randy is laid back, not pushy, knows DVC inside and out....He aslo knows and understands a lot about trading out of DVC if that would be your choice one year!!
I have done several contracts w/ him....

We only had the tour of SSR. They showed us a Studio, 1BR, 2BR and the REALLY BIG villa! We did not ask for tours of any other resorts so I'm not sure if that is something they do or not. It was a nice tour and took about 1 hour but we did kind of rush our guide because we had ADR's at the MK.
