Want to stay 4/16 - 4/25, need points

I am looking to buy some points (I am not a dvc member) for an upcoming conference I have in the Orlando area. The resort I stay at really doesn't matter, and I would prefer to get a 1 bedroom unit, but from what I can tell it looks like those are sold out, so I will have to go with a studio unit.

My employer is willing to pay $8.00 a point (I realize that most are going for $9 or $9.50 a point) for the conference days (4/16-4/21), and I am willing to pay $9.50 a point for the days I plan to stay after the conference (4/22-4/25).

Reservations are hard to get for this time period at any DVC resorts. Most reservations book at 7-11 months in advance. If someone was holding a ressie you wanted, you would probably be paying a premium price of $11 per point, as it is a high week. The going rate is $10 pp. Sometimes points are available for $9 to $9.50 if they are expiring shortly & the owner wants to get rid of them.
