Seven Dwarfs Lane is a development off the 192 - townhomes only as far as I know. It is similar to where we own in Coral Cay but not sure if the individual townhomes have either splash pools/hot-tubs or gamesrooms.

We found Regal Palms(townhouses) to be a nice affordable place with a good pool complex w/lazy river and slide. It's not as close as Windsor Hills/Palms, etc but its not too far away that its a problem and there is a grocery, pizza, and chinese rest right nearby on rt 27.
Check their prices directly and through the major travel sites. We got the best deal last time through bookit.com

We have stayed at a condo in Windsor Hills that we booked through All Star Vacation Homes (www.allstarvacationhomes) and were very pleased. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than on-property Moderate Hotels.

www.floridasunshine.com go under "home tours" then "shared pools" these are all condos.
We went with them last year (Brittania II) we loved it.
We have booked a condo from them for next year at Windsor hills.

Do your homework there are Many places.
The main reason we like it through this company is that you don't have to pay in full till you get there. And their cancelation fee is better than most places.
