Want to just JET SKI..not EcoTour

Can you rent jet ski's by the hour either in Nassau or CC? Don't want to do EcoTour...Cost, details please

You can't rent them at CC. You can rent them at the Nassau public beach, but BE CAREFUL!!!! My husband rented one, and it conked out in the middle of the ocean. He drifted back to shore far, far away. When he finally made it back, he made the mistake of telling the vendor where he left it before demanding his money back. The guy took off so we were out the money in addition to the terrible experience.

Seems like alot of people get ripped off in Nassau. Same story with us, but it was on land with a vespa scooter that wasa peice of junk.

We thought the Eco tour was actually better than just renting the jetskis from someone on an excursion. We learned a lot about the Bahamas and its wildlife, we were able to use the wave runners at a fast speed, got some fastastic photos of the ship & the island, and had a wonderful surprise at the end which I won't give away in case you haven't done the tour. And you don't have to worry about someone trying to rip you off when you're using them either.
