That's odd. I checked the site only about 2 hrs ago. That wasn't there. Now its listed....but only at ONE store in a 40 radius.

Ok, I have a question... I am doing 2 events on the same day, both are off dates, I asked about the pay rate for these events, and she said I would lose the $16, but I would get up to $62 for each 4 hour event..... Anyone ever do 2 off dates on the same day?? What is the pay rate??

Sounds like she made a mistake. Sounds like she took the $8 on date pay off of $70 FIVE hour event instead of off $56 FOUR event. I'm guessing it would $48 for each 4 hr event. BTW, I've never done 2 events same day, so its a guess on my part.

Weird...this is showing up 5/21 at some of the WalMarts near me and on 5/20 at others. I took the 5/20 but now am trying to work out kids etc. for the 5/21 one. I hate to hesitate as someone may get it but...I also don't want to take it and then have to unbook. Oh, if only I could make quick decisions!

Pay for a 5 hour is usually up to $70 but without the $8 on rate that equals to $62, but as long as you can work 4 hours you will be paid the same.

Back from Cascadian Farm Granola & Bars. Went thru 1 box of cereal & sold 1 box. Started into part of 4th box of bars & sold 11 boxes of bars...and 3 of the Fruit & Nut Bars but I'm not counting those.

I liked the bars. Surprisingly good taste. Cereal kind of blah. Once people heard "organic" they laughed & said "too healthy". I had to convince people to taste the bars....and then they were surprised that they were good. FYI: Way too high in carbs & sugar for the diabetics & weight watchers.

Met another demo lady. She was working for Sunflower Group. We exchanged referral info. I was 50 mile (65 miles driving) from home today. I told her about the Plymouth MA store (70 mile range for me) always having events open & its the closest to where she lives. So she can take that store.

We watched another MC demo guy show up at 3pm. I'm guessing 3pm-8pm. He was doing the Hungry Jack potatoes that I'll be doing on Sunday. He looked VERY confused, unprepared, unorganized..... something. By 3:45pm he was STILL looking at his instructions. Microwave was not even on his table yet. And he wandered off to get more ingredients for the recipe..... I think. I tried talking to him, but I didn't understand ONE WORD HE SAID. I don't speak Asian. I think I understood the word microwave. The Sunflower Lady said she had seen him at another store once & also didn't understand anything he said. WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE? Oh, yeah, the internet. Like us. I wanted to see what time it was before he had some potatoes ready since they take 30 minutes to cook....but I didn't have all night.

Oh.....and get this. My Disney connection for the day. The Sunflower Lady used to work at WDW in Magic Kingdom. You could tell. She was so sweet & good at her job. A real pro. She does several demo companies, 1 merchandising co, Mary Kay, and some mystery shopping. She showed me her calendar book. ONE SUPER BUSY LADY!!!

Oh. This town cracked me up demographically. All cute little suburban housewives in their J-Lo type matching running outfits & pink Boston Red Sox caps. You sooooooo don't see that in my area just 50 miles away. We are rural. Its jeans & t-shirts here. One nice older man asked me where I was from because he said I had an accent.

Today I received my kit for this weekend and next. I received "connecting with our solidiers" postcards, what do I do with them?

By the way ?? about the cooler, how well does the cooler hold up to water and ice?

It wasn't off dates. I did work 8 hrs total. My pay is $80 for an event since I'm in Virginia. The $60 pay is because Taylor books the 2nd event. The site won't let me book 2 events on the same day.

My kit did not have a video either. So I contacted my coordinator and she said they do not send them, as that video is out dated and they are working on a new one. Hope that helps.

But, I don't think I really qualified. The My Points page lists 22 items from 1/1 - 3/31. BUT its still counting / accumulating points since last Oct. Its possible that some of my referrals got hired & I got points for that, but they aren't listed. I received more referral cards with my gift card too.

Anyone else?

Congratulations! I'm hoping to make it to 25 by the end of June with SPi. I do think the points are cumulative. From the website "For every 25 points, you will receive a $25 gift card. Gift cards to be awarded at the end of each quarter." It doesn't indicate the points need to all be earned in the same quarter. It's just mailed out the end of the quarter in which you earn the 25th point.

I'd already have enough, but half of my points are with TMT and the other half with SPi.

I haven't checked the mail for yesterday or today.... Hopefully I will be getting my four(4) in the mail. I did 50 events last quarter AND had pictures posted for each.
