David from SPi finally called me back at 5:25pm!! Gee, glad I was not at a store with an emergency!
Anyway, he said that was fine to move Garnier to next Thursday due to weather and I noticed it's changed in "my event's" now!

Did anyone do Garnier today? How did it go?

I did Archer Farms chicken tortilla soup today. It was so good that I bought some I love the ST I do most of my demos at. They have everything ready to go! Most people really liked the soup. It took forever to heat up in the crockpot though.

Truth is I very seldom wear hairnets at all, only hats. I have such short hair that it wouldn't even help anyways. I wore hairnets when I help out my wife at holidays at HoneyBaked Ham company and they don't do a lick of good. At hat is good enough for me. Even when they gave me a boufant (sp?) at walmart I do not wear one, just a hat. Nobody has pitched a fit about it. An even the workers at walmart seldom wear hairnet either (at least at the ones I have been to)

My DW did this demo also, but she doesn't allow photos Actually I just drop her off, go to my event and then pick her up, so I never have a chance to snap a picture of her in action.

PatriciaH I had the same event yesterday. The soup did take forever I finally took some out and nuked it to get it very hot and then added it back in. My ST sold out really quick after that. Of course I had to put down on the form it was the 3 hr but that because the soup took forever until I got smart

I have my hair tied back and wear my hat. No one has ever said anything about the hairnet thingy. Lucky for me the only event I had a Walmart was makeup.

I did soup yesterday, They made me do Chicken with Wild Rice first that sound very well, then they had me switch over to the Tortilla Soup, didn't do as well.... Also used crock pot and microwave......
Today I had to do Halibut.... That was hard to keep warm, I had to throw a lot of fish away....
Met another new person today, She works for both Mass and TMT... I didn't know you could work for both, She said that it picks up other Targets that Mass doesn't... ANyone have an email for the South East??? Thanks!! Hope everyone's event went well today!@!!

I'm a little confused by what this person told you. I thought "we" were hired by Mass and assigned to one of their agencies like TMT or SPi. So you're not actually working for Mass. They are the "middleman". This is a quote from the email I received from TMT = "Hello! I have your application from Mass Connections and I would like to schedule you for your first In-store event.". Does anybody know if Mass can assign you to more than one agency SPi and TMT? Thanks.

Well, I heard back from my recruiter by email on Saturday. She said that all I needed to do now was the phone interview. Can anyone tell me what type of ?'s they ask during the interview? I'm a little nervous.

Well yesterday was the fire roasted tomatoes and southwestern black bean soup. I didn't even go through one can of the tomatoes and went a little over two cans of the soup. People really liked both products but it was pretty slow. I sold a can of each off my table and it looked like a few were sold off the shelves. They are both tasty products, it was just getting people to sample! Here is a picture of my table. Hope everyone enjoys MLK day.

Oh good, you understood my anology (real or fake person). If real, its sort of like having a microphone in the employee break room.

BUT, I don't think we've posted anything wrong here. If anything, we've certainly all helped each other do a much better job for them. We aren't those employees we've posted about that work only 3 hr out of a 5 hr shift.

That looks like a really nice new store. Nice stainless steel cases. Our display cases don't look anything like that. That was a Walmart supercenter, right? We have 2 new WM supercenters opening closer to my home this spring. I hope they look like this. And I'm hoping for lots of demo work there. Right now, our closest is just under an hour away.

Hey B, I like the use of standing a box on its end behind the table. Gives you extra room to work especially on demos where you are doing 2 products -- or 3 in this case. Smart cookie...but you already knew that.

And your poor Mickey antenna topper looks COLD!!!! We lucked out here (again) and it was just above freezing...so we got rain out of it. It could freeze over tonight though.

Yes, this is a very new store. I want to say a little over one year old. This store is only about 3 miles from my house but either someone else is grabbing the jobs or there aren't that many there. Doesn't really matter, there are about 20 stores within 25 miles of me! If the dates were timed right I could work a lot more than I am.
