Want to do a surprise for my hubby

This will be our 10th trip to universal and I am looking for something special to do for my other half. he surprised me with this trip for my 40th birthday so I want to do some thing special for him. I would be really gratefull for any ideas.

We have done the usual of a balloon trip at sunrise, nascar racing etc

Emerils at Citywalk was amazing. We also did a carriage right at Citywalk at night that was lovely. You could also consider the Richard Petty Ridealong. You do not need WDW park tickets for it.

I know he already has the Blue Man Group booked and he has already done the Richard Petty Experience. I will have to get my thinking cap on!
