So I was talking to a wonderful CM, She checked every adult in our party for a pin that may be attached to them. Nope, not a one. Then I asked about a code that I heard mentioned online. In a Disney message board. Something about 40% off room rates. She punched some things up and our price went from 2179 to 1786. Yep, that's good enough for me. Like to make my ressie now. So I start giving her the names of everyone coming and she see that I have 8 so maybe I would like to talk to a CM at Magical Gatherings. OK.

So here I am talking to the CM at MG. Nope, she knows nothing about this code. And I need to know the code if I want to apply one.

I am heartbroken.

That is great- when are you going? I have reservations at POP for 5/9-5/14 w/ the AAA discount, the CM told me I had no discounts attached to my name. Would love to get the 40%, I would upgrade the hotel.

Why don't you just book without grand gathering? That way you can get discount. pin code is not transferrable but if CM offered it to you, then I would just call back and ask for the discount.
