Dessert for my Christmas Eve Supper... Orange Mandarin Truffle. Figured I'd best get a picture of it before the husband finds it.

Angel Food Cake (store bought, cube into small pieces), Vanilla Pudding (2 Instants made using the directions on the boxes), Mandarin Oranges (2 cans), Made from scratch whipped cream (1 pt. whipping cream, 1/2 C sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla. Whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes until set). Repeat 3 times but for the top layer put the whipped cream on top of the pudding and the oranges on top of the cream. Top with a cherrie. The part of the bowl that the dessert is in is 9 inches across and 5 inches deep. It's big but usually disappears in about 24 hours!

I'm gonna give this a try, Roberta! I can't imagine it lasting very long at our house either! Thanks for the recipe!
