Want Free Dining in December??? Deluxe

Last night I called and got a great CM. I got a code off of one of these code rooms on this board so I called and had him price out room only and the package with dining and 4 one day tickets. 2 adults, 9 yr old and 3 yr old. December 9-15 2007

First was ASsp. Room only was 555.96 and package was 1,198.64
Next was CSR. Room only was 978.78 and package was 1,454.64
Now is where it gets good.

Poly- Room only 2,220.78 and package was 2,198.94, That was strange and I made him do it again and that is what it came up. I know it was right because when I booked I was looking at Oct on my calendar instead of December so I had to call back and switch the dates and I got the same amounts from her. It was a garden view room so it went down 22 dollars and it included dining and 4 one day tickets.

Yacht Club. Room only 2,126.28 and package was 2,142.20 basically getting dining and 4 1 day tickets for $16.

Do you think this is a good deal. I put the room only in on the website and I got the same amounts.I will give the code if needed because I think it is a everyone can use code, not a postcard or e-mail code but I don't want to go against the rules of the board.

Any advice on the Yacht club, which is what we booked. Did we make the right choice? Would you prefer poly? Any opinions please give + and - to each.

Was the code ZFZ? That code was listed on one of the other threads on this board. One person said that they got 40% off for a stay during Sept, but another person said that they called and was told that this code was only good for Jan and Feb. I guess it all depends on the CM that you get!

Like I said I had messed up my dates and the gal I called back to said this is Jan and Feb and I said the guy said my dates were good and she went ahead and fixed my mistake. Good luck but I think the dates are the same as the 40% off room only pin codes people are getting.

I just called and gave the CM that code and he said that it was not in their system. He quoted me $1805 for 5 nights (Oct 25-30, which I believe was included in those date ranges), 6 day hoppers (DH, myself, and DS (3) at POFQ. This included insurance. I got $1550 through AAA, so I will definitely stick with them!

Call back and get a different CM. Tell them you have a package code with dining I got Damien last night and he found it right away. That is one problem each CM has different skills in looking things up.

I didnt check your other prices. Maybe ASsp and csr were already out of discounted rooms for your dates or part of them. But this deal is the same thing as the 40% off room for packages....Just when you do it with delux you realize such a larger savings..I may have to consider it myself.

garden view room 329 * 6nights=1974 + tax = 2220 (same as you got for room only)

40% roomdiscount = 329 *.6 = 197.40 *6 = 1184.4 + tax = 1332
6 nights dining 612
1 day tickets 246 + tax = 261
Total 2205

Between rounding and not knowing exact tax rates thats a few dollars off i'm sure but it shows that it is basically the same thing.
