Want a pin! How to get it?

I was browsing pinpics today and found a pin that i would [insert drastic measure here] to get for DH. It is apparently being released Sunday at the NFFC Convention and then will be sold at Disney Employee Centers. I have no idea what this means. Is there any way to get the pin besides hoping someone puts it on ebay?

Well I found someone who listed it on ebay for presale and will be shipping it after they get it. I paid with paypal just in case but I hope it ends well bc DH would be so excited to have this pin! It features Launchpad and Darkwing Duck and I also bought the one with Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers for him. Hopefully it turns out well!
