My 180 days is coming up next month and I'm trying to shorten my list. This will be my family's second trip. Included will be myself (32, pescetarian), DH (meateater through and through!) my mom (56, will eat anything), DD5 (pescetarian) and DD1 (pescetarian). I'll be planning on sit down meal in each park, possibly 2 for Epcot. My DD5 has requested that this time we see the Princesses (last time we only saw Cinderella) and Mickey.
So if you were me, what would you guys do?

Epcot has a princess dinner in Norway, that sounds like its just up your alley. I also love Le Cellier in Canada as well.

For the Studios, I've always enjoyed the 50s Prime Time Cafe. They cut up with the kids and its a very fun experience.

Magic Kingdom has a couple of options, but I have had some of the best food at Liberty Tree Tavern, which is also a character dinner as well...so the kids would love it.

Animal Kingdom doesn't have much choices that I'm familiar with....Tusker House just had a makeover but I'll admit that I haven't had dinner there except for the Rainforest Cafe (which is delicious).

Hope I could be of some help anyway....happy planning!!!

Perhaps you could try some places like Coral Reef, California Grill, Yak & Yeti, Tusker House, Brown Derby or Le Cellier as they have both fish and red meat.

Of course, most all resturants on Disney property have both fish and red meat.

For breakfast with princesses, you can dine just about anywhere the princesses are. They all have pretty much the same manu items.

Wanted to put in a good word for the Cape May Clam Bake. Since you and your kids are fish lovers, they have all kinds of seafood and they also have prime rib and I think ribs that would suit your husband. It is at the Beach Club Resort, though, not in a park. We are doing this the night we go to Animal Kingdom since AK closes a little earlier than the other parks.

We always try to do Chef Mickey, which again, is in not in a park, but in the Contemporary.

As far as in the park meals, to see the Princesses, there is the Princess Dinner in Norway. The tables are REALLY close together, though, so to me it makes it a little loud and it's my least favorite Princess dining. A lot of the Princesses are at CRT for Breakfast and lunch, though, so if you wanted to do a breakfast sit down or even a late lunch sit down that could serve as an early dinner, that could work.

Liberty Tree Tavern is a really yummy dinner with characters and if your kids like Pooh and Friends, Crystal Palace is also really good.

Coral Reef would be nice for your Epcot meal since your kids like fish and sometimes it's nice to have at least one meal that is character free.

In Hollywood Studios, we like 50's Prime Time and also Mama Melrose's.

Thanks for the suggestions, this is helping a lot! Keep the ideas coming!
I've added Cape May clambake to my list, that sounds like fun! I grew up on Cape Cod and I very rarely get to a clambake anymore.
I think I'm going to try and get an ADR for CRT for a late lunch, Addi (DD5) would love that. We did the dinner last year, but the only princess is Cindy and she really wants to see the others. One of the mice scared the crap out of my baby when she snuck up on her!
So far it looks like:
Chef Mickey's for our first night there, non-park day.
Magic Kingdom - late lunch at CRT, or Crystal Palace if I can't get it.
Epcot- Princess lunch if I can't get CRT, but Coral Reef otherwise
Animal Kingdom - Donald's Safari breakfast before park opening
DHS - Sci-Fi or 50's Prime time, I think my husband will choose Sci-Fi just for the geek factor.
Cape May clambake for another dinner.

Le Cellier is great. Try 'Ohana for a great kid-friendly atmosphere. Can't help with the princess thing or the Mickey thing. Kona Cafe, Les Chefs de France, Boma... not much more I can think of unles you want a sig. In that case, Cali Grill is a great choice.
