With spg confirmation numbers they are supposed to be 9 digits long. When the first digit is a zero it won't always show the zero and then it looks like only 8 digits. To be on the safe side I might enter the zero first and then the remaining 8 digits in
MDE. Is this a standard room on points or an upgraded one? Because if it's an upgraded room on points I know on spg.com it will say something like its a complex rate plan and you cannot view it online so it might make sense if you can't see details about the rate on MDE. I think being unable to see the rate details should have no impact on your ability to make ADRs and fastpass + selections.
ETA another thought I had was when did you take out the dolphin confirmation and add the swan? I remember I added 2 people to my room and they told me to give it 24 hours to reflect in MDE
