On the WDW website, it says that the Magic Kingdom railroad ride from Frontierland is "a relaxing 20 minute" tour. Is that how long it takes to get from Frontierland to ... where? I am hoping it takes us to Fantasyland due to the way I set up our FastPasses... but I could be wrong.

It's 20 minutes to make the complete, clockwise trip around the park. So essentially it's 20 minutes from Frontierland back to Frontierland. The stop order from Frontierland is Fantasyland, Main Street USA, then back to Frontierland. Note that the Fantasyland station is in the extreme eastern corner of Fantasyland in the Storybook Circus area, so it may still be a bit of a walk to get to your FP+ attraction from there.

20 Minutes is a full circuit, or Frontierland to Frontierland. The other stops are Fantasyland (Storybook Circus area) and Main Street USA (front entrance).

It will take you only a few minutes from the departure at Frontierland to reach Fantasyland. You will be on the far side, so exit the Storybook Circus area and you will enter Fantasyland proper near the Mad Tea Party. It is also close to Tomorrowland's back door.
