Walt Disney World "Coordinator" Career

I was at the pool of a Disney Resort Hotel and saw two very professionally dressed people walking around. They wore Khaki Shorts that said "Coordinator" on them, along with a white Disney Parks Polo shirt. Iam very curious as to what their job is. Thanks!
