Hi, I was wondering if anyone had an email address for Disney Travel?

We are planning on 11 nights from 16 Sep 08, however want to do 6 nights at POP and 5 nights at CR plus 10 day passes. I can't seem to do this hotel split online.

The time difference from Australia makes it difficult to call them, so I was hoping they would do a quote via email.

Otherwise what is the best time to call to avoid legthy delays on hold. Its not cheap to call from Australia and I would have to do it from my Cellphone as my work phone doesn't allow international calls.

Sorry if I have posted in the wrong area, I just couldn't work out where to put this.

Cheers
Angela

Maybe you can book through Dreams Unlimited Travel? They do everything trough email, and you get the same prices Disney quotes. I come from Holland, and was also not looking forward to call Disney myself. Now I have made my reservation by Dreams Unlimited and it works out great for me. I always get quick answers about questions I have by mail, and they will also arrange reservations for dining and breakfast if you want. You can find the link here on the site, they are a sponsor of this site.

Kind regards, Sandra

If you can get access to a landline it won't cost much to ring at all. I've had to ring them three time now for changes to reservations, MVMCP bookings and ADR's. Total for three calls has been less than $10.00. I usually ring early before 6 am or around 9 pm. Wait times have been pretty reasonable. At the moment the time difference is -14 hours.

Dream Unlimited is currently not taking any package enquiries due to the large volumes they are experiencing. So can't use them for now.

Will try them again in a week.

Surely WDW Travel must have an email address? I know I used email when I was dealing with DLR Vacation Planning.

I just want to do the quote via email. Am happy to call once I know what I am doing.

Dreams is available. There are just certain times of the day the requests come in and they close it to new requests.

Just try the Dreams website again.

Hi Angela,

Another Aussie here,
I have had no trouble calling Disney to make my reservations for January.
I always call in the morning before 12 or late evening after 9pm, and they are always open between those hours.
As for expensive phone calls, I bought a phone card from my local newsagent for $10 and pay 2cents per minute to the US.
I have made at least 15 calls to WDW/Universal/Disney dining and transport companies and still have $5 credit. So it works out really cheap:cool1:

By the way if you are a member of NRMA, you can recieve the AAA discount, I have done this with both my Disney and Universal reservation.
At the CR we saved $50/night for Jan and Universal we saved $30/night.

Please PM me if I can help with anything else.:thumbsup2

Gabrielle:cheer2:

I have WDW Travel document sitting at my desk that I received last week...no where on this, front or back, do they list a email address. Sorry!

Thanks so much for the replies. I will keep trying Dreams.

GOGO65: thank you for the info. I will get a phone card, you'd think I would have thought of that given I work in the telecommunications industry! We are NRMA members, so will also aim for the AAA discount.

Have a great day everyone.

Cheers
Angela
