Does anyone here belong to this collectors society? My husband bought me a year enrollment for Christmas and I still have not received my membership card yet. They never mailed anything to me until it was past the date to order for Aladdin, the Sheep from Belle and Small World. Is anyone else having these same problems? What should I do? I have called and written a letter. They did call me but never followed up on the conversation I had with them. Any insight from a fellow member would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would keep calling them. You should have received your membership card by now.
I've been a member from the beginning(charter member)

I agree, keep calling until you find someone who will address your concerns. I to have been a charter member since the beginning and while I haven't had issues with them myself, I have heard of others having some. I hope you get things straightened out, but definitely keep at it.

I have problems every year with the membership card, Sketches that don't arrive, redemption cards that don't arrive...
But I keep on being a member anyways
