Hi, I have seen a lot of the xfer threads lately for gift cards, so I wanted to post that Walmart's updated its list of $4 RX's. One of the drugs is a BP med I take. It usually costs me $10 month, now I can get it for $4.

So you may be lucky and your med might be on the new list. There are even some women's fertility drugs listed.

Thanks! We have a $10 copay normally and my mom only has Medicare, so she pays more for her meds. ALL of my mom's meds and 5 of the meds DH takes are on there, as is the albuterol for DS' nebulizer.

I would also look into Costco(you can look up the prices at costco.com)...We now have 5 out of 7 of our families prescriptions that we can get cheaper there then running it thru the insurance at Walgreens. An added bonus is that we can get 100 days instead of 30.

Target also has a $4 list and Kmart has a list of drugs for a 90 day supply very cheap. They are all mostly the cheaper generic drugs and can be used with insurance as well.

I had a bad experience with Wal-Mart $4 drugs. My son uses albuterol in a nebulizer. Our ped. always writes the prescription for 1 box - which has always been 60 vials. Well, the $4 WalMart box is very small and only has 25 vials! That is only a 4 day supply, so I would suggest getting that at a different pharmacy.
