Does anyone know if they sell beer and wine?

We were there in 2001 and they sold beer and wine then.

How do you get there from the resorts? We're staying at the campground and usually go to Publix, but would love to hit a Walmart!!

The address is 4444 W. Vine St (Hwy 192). Wal-Mart is near Medieval Times. You should be able to find Medieval Times on any local tourist map.

They also sell discounted tickets to the parks.

Beware- This Wal-Mart is always packed!

Walmart is VERY packed! But they have everything you could need there for a vacation. Its nice also because of the pretty large grocery store inside too. And McDonalds when the kids get antsy for being inside Walmart for 2 hours!

I live about 1/2 mile from the Walmart and its very easy to get to from the parks. Just take RT 192 towards Kissimmee. You will see mile markers on the right hand side of the road. It will be at mile marker 15.

Yes this Walmart does sell beer and wine,
along with tyres for your car, guns, wedding dressess, almost everything.....a day out in itself.

However if you want spirits, you'll have to buy them elsewhere..there's an ABC Liquor store across the 192 from Walmart. Some of the spirits are in plastic bottles..great for bringing home!

Theres also another Super Walmart at 1471 East Osceola Parkway which is supposed to be much quieter and less crowded.

The one on Osceola PkWy was very quiet the last time we went there - don't know if it's bigger or smaller than the one in Kissimmee though.

Opposite Walmart is an ABC wine store if you get fed up of all the people

We will be staying at Indian Creek and I want to go to Walmart to buy walkie talkies (tip from elsewhere on this board). Which is the nearest one to where I'm staying?

This store rules. You arrive, check into the condo/home leave the wife to unpack, the kids to the pool and head to the store. You pick up the disney T's and sweats and cheap souveniers. The food, the paper goods, the things that you forgot. All in one stop.

Very easy....leave Indian Point from the other entrance on Yowell Rd. (Not Poinciana Blvd). Go to crossroads amd turn left.....Walmart is half a mile up on the left. It will take you about 3 mins to get to Walmart this way

We will be staying at CBR. How do you get to the quiet Walmart from CBR. Is this Walmart a Supercenter or Regular?

The Wal-Mart on Osceola Parkway is also a SuperCenter.

The crowds should be more spread out when they open the new Wal-mart that is planned for the area behind Camping World.
