Wallpaper Border.

Hi. I just went to Walmart and by chance I found the perfect border to match my Tink comforter.You would think they were ment to be together(just the colours, no Tink on border) Well is there a certain height it should go?

depending on the width of the boarder it could be used at a chair rail height or at the top of the wall. is it a cut out shape or a regular straight edged boarder??

(I saw the tink sheets at walmart and they are cute-- congrats on matching them )
