Do you have one in your wallet and what info do you have on it? I want to type one for myself with medications I'm on, my blood type, etc.

Yes, I have had Medic Alert for many years now. It contains my blood type and notice of allergy to penicillin, along with phone numbers, etc. I also have a stainless steel pendant that I wear with my religious medals on a neck chain.
