May I make a suggestion? I exercise 4-5 times per week and include step classes and treadmill. However, when we went to Disney, I discovered that none of these excercises works your calve muscles. When at Disney, we have always stayed in units that have bedrooms upstairs. So, I was constantly walking up and down the stairs. To my amazement, my calves hurt so badly that I was barely able to walk. So now, a couple of months before I go to Disney, I locate stairs (i work on the 10th floor of my office building) and I walk down those stairs every single day.
