OK, now someone else from the UK had worked out roughly how far it was from here to there so I just took the same number of miles. It's so far I thought if I was 100 miles out or so it probably wouldn;t make that much difference

I record how far I walk at the gym by using the exercise machines but you could have a podometer and do it that way - your miles will rack up really quickly then, I am amazed with my podometer how far I walk without trying!

I just put my gym work on my countdown but you can do whatever you want to motivate you - and change the countdown as you rack up the miles.

If you copy the image in my signature and get the IP address via Properties (right click then highlight what it says in the IP address field). Then paste that into an image

(use the little button at the top of the post which looks like a picture of mountains with a stamp at the top right hand corner). And hey presto!!

If you get stuck then send me a PM and I will send you the IP address from my signature if that helps

Things always look more complicated when written down than they are written down? It was the that confused me I didn't realise you didn't put it in.

If some of you are even having trouble remembering MR. BEnn I wont even bother asking about Torchy the battery boy, or Four Feather Falls (1st time round, repeats don't count).
